Strategic Partner
Amphibious Incinerators Limited (AIL) is seeking a strategic partner to bring the Amphibious Incinerator to market. This partner will be an established organisation with an international outlook and probably with existing complementary interests in the areas of water supply, waste management or waste to energy.
It is expected that the role of the strategic partner will be as follows:
- to assist AIL to secure an operation of an amphibious incinerator in an appropriate location. It is anticipated that the operation will be funded on the basis of the guaranteed purchase of fresh water and electricity by the relevant local authorities over a fixed period, probably ten years
- to assist with facilitating capital funding of the project
- to assist, within the existing capabilities of the strategic partner, with the project execution on a basis to be agreed between the parties
The strategic partner will derive financial benefits from the income stream of the launch project over the entire designated operational fixed period. The level of benefits will be agreed in advance and be commensurate with the level of involvement.
